Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
12 Hollow Rocks
6 Ring Dips
Alternate each minute
AMRAP 12 mins: Deadlifts, Push-up (hand release) and Box Jumps
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of:
9 Deadlifts (225#/155#)
12 Push-up (hand release)
15 Box Jumps(24″/20″)
