Every 30 secs for 5 mins, alternating between:
2 Bar Muscle Ups
3 Handstand Push-ups
Alternate each 30 seconds! Bar MU > HSPU > Bar MU >HPSU etc.
Scale to: 1 Bar Mu/2 HSPU or 2 Strict Pull-up/3 Strict DB Press.
Chipper: Burpees, Sit-ups, Kettlebell Swings, Pull-ups, HSPU
For time:
70 Burpees
60 AbMat Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell Swings (53#/35#)
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand Push Ups
