Every 30 secs for 5 mins, alternating between:
2 Bar Muscle Ups
3 Handstand Push-ups
Alternate each 30 seconds! Bar MU > HSPU > Bar MU >HPSU etc. Scale to: 1 Bar Mu/2 HSPU or 2 Strict Pull-up/3 Strict DB Press.
