“Fight Gone Bad” Style – Dumbbell Thrusters, Toes-to-bars and Box Jumps

3 rounds, 1 min per station, of:
Dumbbell Thruster, pick load
Box Jump (24″/20″)
Rest 1 min

Perform this like “Fight Gone Bad,” by rotating
immediately to the next station every 1 min,
the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
Max reps of each for 1 min. No dropping DB’s.
