Laurie

Congratulations again you guys! Hows the smell? Fun to see you this morning.

Curtis

Nice job on the mats! I am getting excited! There is one small problem. When I enlarged the picture it seems the middle mat may have a small space around it - just enough to trip on. I am sure it won't be too much trouble for you to adjust the mats to close the gap... ;-)

Lyndit

So awesome guys! Nice work getting them all in even after such a long day working on the draft. Heh... can't wait to for our first workout in the new space.

Tom

Thanks all! Laurie we will have to have you guys come up and smell the new mat smell. :) great seeing you today and helping be test subjects for Kurtis and Dan.

Lyndi that draft was hard work! The mats were harder. Curtis I told Michelle she needs to go back and fix that one so you can inspect it.

World Class Fitness In 100 Words

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, paralettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
