I haven't done the other two WODs yet, but this one was tough for me. Now I know if I see FGB or AAYO on the board that I am in for a rough night.

i thought for sure this was the night that i would puke. not a good workout to do after being sick that is for sure. i think i rested more than worked and i'm still dead

ronasy

I haven't experienced Annie are you ok? or FGB either. As hard as it was I liked Football Gone bad, excluding the double unders. Once I can do double unders lookout!

ronasy

Dang Mark, I just looked and, it looks like you did pretty damn good. Sick or not. Nice work!

Bonnie

At first glance I look like may be smiling at the end of those DUs on the last round. That..is..no..smile. CF FGB was worse than AAYO for me.

Jeremy

39 pushups in a minute Mark? I think I need a lesson, that is incredible!

World Class Fitness In 100 Words

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, paralettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
