OK...so I can't walk and my 12yr old daughter had to help "Mom get dressed" because I was too sore...
I dropped my new purse on the floor and decided it wasn't "important enough" to go through the pain of picking up - I would just buy a new one !

If I could walk over to the box I would give you a big pinch right now !!

Great work out yesterday - now I just need to learn how to walk again (BTW, the folks are having a nice laugh at me in the office).

Leigh - it was so good to see you back in the gym! That work thing is really getting in the way of your training! Ha ha!
Sorry you had to "ease" your way back in with Wall Balls. Brutal!
Good call on the purse. :o)

World Class Fitness In 100 Words

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, paralettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
