Rob

Thanks, it has been a good week and my body is toast right now. Looking forward to some active recovery out in the sun this weekend.

Jorge

Is the Canadian Army training at Curtis' house?

Curtis

Three things...

1. Way to go runners - amazing times!
2. The Canadian Army rocks - they are all welcome at SnoRage anytime (they might all fit in the box!)
3. I am amazed by how much Jim M looks like Michelle doing a clean - scary for them both! I want side by side pics...

Michelle

Curtis, you would look like that too if you were listening to my coaching. :o)
Jim, you look great!

Jim

Michelle, just trying to keep up with the Canadians...pricks.

World Class Fitness In 100 Words

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, paralettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Watch for the Squatch: Upcoming Events
