Quote of the Day: "I'm having a case of Curtis today."
~ Eli after a failed HC attempt with no jump or extension
Today the pictures will tell the story.
Notes:
This guy gets my vote! Congressman John Sullivan of OK is a CrossFitter and competed in his Sectional Qualifiers! Read A Vote for CrossFit on the CrossFit Journal.
Nice showing today! This may be a record for one day. Records are meant to be broken by the way...

No, it wasn't after a failed HC attempt. It was after I had trouble figuring out how many reps I'd done!

Oops, the above comment allegedly by Lyndi was from me, Eli.

I like my version better! Either way, pulling a "Curtis" can be defined as:
1) Failure to make the feet leave the floor outside of walking.
2) Failure to properly tell time or count reps or a combination of both.
3) Saying something that only a Canadian would understand.

Eli, undoubtedly you undercounted your reps then...
Tom, your list is fairly accurate but could have included worse...

Curtis, where is all the positivity? "Curtis" can only mean everything good :)

Curtis all in good fun! Get your butt in the box!

Back in Saturday. Can't wait!!!
And thank you Sangeeta. After laughing at Eli's comments I was simply reflecting on the fact that after almost a year with T. and M. a lot of funny things have happened in the box! No negativity intended, although I understand how my statement could be read that way...
