Jim Nugent

Thanks Tom, Michelle, Ash, and the entire SnoRidge CrossFit Team for the Birthday WOD! Needless to say, this WOD has helped make this the most memorable birthday I've had in years... thanks for giving me something to remember it by! I made everyone of you look good by coming in almost absolute last with my 21:26 time Rx'd. I'm 41 but after that WOD, I feel like 51... isn't it supposed to be the other way around? I know if I keep up more of this I'll start looking and feeling like 31, so thanks for the well-timed motivation! The pic above of me is accurate!

Curtis

Jim - 41 puts you in the young group at Geriatric CrossFit, I mean SnoRidge CrossFit. Were you allowed access, you would be the youngest member of SnoRage CrossFit!

Happy birthday to you and Graham!

World Class Fitness In 100 Words

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, paralettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
