Taste of Tabata

Tabata Intervals:
Perform 8 rounds of each of the following exercises with alternating intervals of 20 seconds work/10 sec rest:

Wall Jumps (or box jumps)
Push-ups
Air Squats

Rest 1 minute between exercises.

We gave everyone a taste of Tabata intervals today for our third park WOD for lululemon athletica in Bellevue Square. Even the sun cooperated with 20 second intervals of sun followed by 10 seconds of clouds. Amanda, Lyndi and Eli all came out to represent and get their WOD in.
