“Burpee Time”
3 Rounds for Time:
20 Burpees
30 Sit-Ups
40 Squats
While we are closed for vacation here is a WOD for today that won’t require anything except for you. Burpees must be chest to floor and terminate with jump and arms exended with a clap over head. Enjoy!
