Rona is officially a CF Level 1 Certified Trainer:

Why congrats? Because Rona went and earned her CrossFit Level 1 Certification this past weekend! That’s right she not only attended the cert she also passed her exam. We are all proud of her and the passion with which she has displayed in wanting to become not only a fitter person, wife and mother; but also a better CrossFitter and eventual trainer. We have also invited Rona to work with our coaches over the coming months to allow her to shadow, practice and build on the skills she has learned at her Certification through training and assisting us in classes.
