The CrossFit Games Open starts tomorrow! The Open WOD will also be the WOD for the gym each Wednesday so that everyone gets a chance to do the WOD’s that competitors are doing. After a few glitches it has been announced.

Coaching Tip: Getting in the Set Position with Gloria
- Bar 1″ from the shins
- Grip barbell with hands outside of knees
- Flat back or maintain a lumbar curve
- Knees flush with elbows
- Hips above the knees
- Shoulders slightly in front of the bar
- Neutral neck
- Clear your head and think “WINNING!”
