Pt. 1a: AMReps 8 mins: Ring Dips and Clean & Jerks

As many reps as possible in 8 mins of:
Ring Dip, 20 secs
Rest 10 secs
Clean & Jerk, 135/95 lbs, 20 secs
Rest 10 secs

Pt. 2: EMOM min for 6 mins: Clean & Jerk

1 Clean & Jerk, pick load

Every 1 min for 6 mins.

Choose Pt 1 or Pt 1a. Rest 1 min then complete Pt 2
