Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

10 RFT: Bar Muscle-ups, Shuttle Runs, and Front Squats

10 rounds for time of:
3 Bar Muscle-ups
5 Shuttle Runs, 50 ft
7 Front Squats, 95/65 lbs
