Bench Press 5-4-3-2-1, using heaviest weight per set
Good Morning 5×4, using same weight per set
Alternate between lifts.
3 rounds, 1 min per station, of:
Kettlebell Swing (53#/35#)
Rest 1 min
Perform this like “Fight Gone Bad,” by rotating
immediately to the next station every 1 min,
the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
