Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:
7 Power Cleans (155#/105#)
7 Ring Dips

Rest 3 min. between AMRAP’s

Pt. 2: AMRAP 7 mins: Double Unders and Kettlebell Overhead Walking Lunges

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 mins of:
35 Double Unders
20 Ft. Kettlebell Overhead Walking Lunge (Pick load, both hands)
