This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will move from flat on the ground to touching an object with both hands that is 6 inches above their max reach. Score is total reps completed in 7 mins.

Find something to jump and touch 6″ over your max reach overhead and try to keep moving for all 7 minutes. This is a tough, original CF Games Open workout that has never been repeated (thankfully) in Games history.
