Hollow Rock 15-15-15-15, using heaviest weight per set

AMRAP 20 mins: Deadlifts, Box Jumps and Runs

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
7 Deadlifts (225#/155#)
14 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Run 400m
