* If you make it to minute 30, then you must add 1 rep each to the pull-up, push-up, squat every minute on the minute until you are no longer able to continue in that minute. (6/11/16, 7/12/17, 8/13/18…)
** If you do not make it to minute 30, record last minute completed and continue with “Cindy” until 30 minutes is reached.
