Skills WOD: Complete 3 Sets of 8 Strict Pull-ups or 3 Sets of Max Rep Muscle-ups.
Rest as needed between sets.
AMRAP 20 mins: Thrusters, Box Jumps, Chest-to-bar Pull-ups and 200m
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
6 Thrusters (75#/55#)
4 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
2 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
Run 200m
